Yes, eventually concetration beyond 'thinking',[like Pantajali leads us to, 'Meditation without a seed'] the applied focus of our consciousness, we're using will power itself in the process. (love William Q. Judge for his resonating application of the philosophy, & who better to quote that HPB. :) )
