The Reflect Campaign continues to spread its message of a simple, practical and inexpensive solution to help prevent roadside accidents for children riding their bicycles or walking along unlit roadsides at night. We continue with our goal to put reflective tape on every bicycle and backpack across school yards, orphanages, hospitals, local agencies, non-governmental agencies and other NPO's throughout Cambodia, while raising awareness on this issue.
